2. Wheat starch

Shape:lenticular or circular

Hilum: concentric

Aggregation: mainly simple

Size: large or small

3. Maize starch 
Botany origin: Zea mays

F: Gramineae

Shape: polyhedral

Hilum: concentric with irregular cleft

Aggregation: simple

Size: small

4.Rice starch

Botany origin: Orayza sativa

F: Gramineae

Shape: polyhedral

Hilum: very small no hilum

Aggregation: compound 

Size:  very small
