Anti-aging skincare routine (40s, combination & sensitive skin) with product suggestions

🌙 Night Routine (Key for Anti-aging)

  1. Gentle Cleanser

    • Purpose: Remove dirt & makeup without stripping.

    • Suggested:

      • Avène Cleanance Hydra Soothing Cleansing Cream


  1. Optional Soothing Serum

    • Niacinamide 5% → balances oil & reduces redness.

    • Suggested: The Ordinary Niacinamide 5% 



  2. Anti-aging Active (2–3x/week to start)

    • For sensitive skin → avoid strong retinol, use gentler options:

      • Avène RetrinAL 0.1 (Retinaldehyde)


      • By Wishtrend Bakuchiol Skin Prep Water



  1. Moisturizer (Barrier Repair)
