1. Phloem fiber (single or with calcium oxalate)

2. Scleriedes in bark of root only

Identification (Quinine)

1gm of sample + 10ml of ethanol  filtration → take 1ml of filtrate + drop by drop of dil H₂SO₄→ blue fluorescent  

                                                                                                                            
  Uses:

1.     Anti-malaria

2.     Cardiac arrhythmia                   

               Report in the lab.
